Good Will Returns Policy
In addition to your statutory rights we have a “Good Will Returns Policy”. Our Good Will Returns Policy means that if you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item(s) within 28 days of receiving of your order for a full refund to the original payment method used. 
How long does it take to get my refund?
It can take up to 10 working days to get your funds back into your bank account. Unfortunately this is not in our hands and is determined by the payment gateway at the time of purchase.
Christmas Returns Period
We’ve extended our exchange period for Christmas. On top of our usual returns policy of 28 days for purchases, any items purchased between 1st November 2018 and 31st January 2019 can be returned for a full refund.
Right to Cancel
UK, EU and international customers have the right to cancel orders under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Consumer Contract Regulations 2013”). If your order has already been dispatched then please wait until you receive it and then send it back for a full refund.

About our products

Our products are Factory seconds, also known as factory rejects or simply seconds. They are products which, through minor fault of manufacture, are sold for a reduced rate, rather than being discarded. Our products are resold at a much lower rate after failing the factory's quality inspection, being returned to the manufacturer's factory by the original retailer, or (less frequently) being returned to the retailer or wholesaler by the customer brand new.

The amount of damage or fault in the manufacture which may constitute an item being resold as a second varies widely; it may simply refer to a damaged box, printing errors, misspellings due to factory production teams, and in some cases no seals. Generally, an item listed as a factory second will have failed quality inspection for packaging, rather than functional, reasons. This is how we can offer such high savings directly to you, the customer.
